After grabbing the pulley, align yourself in the middle of the road and jump before the road descends to grab the fourth Red Ring in front of the trick rings. Red Ring #4 Continue all the way through the level (you’ll be running on the highway with a bunch of cars around you), move forward until you bounce up to find three robots in front of a pulley. When you reach the last wall to dodge (the opening is in the middle), tap your right bumper button to shift one column to your right and you’ll pass right through Red Ring #3. Red Ring #3 As you’re running down the hotel wall and dodging walls in your way, be ready to shift to the right. Use the on-screen button to light dash through the rings in the air and you’ll collect the second Red Ring. After you run down the building, youll be in a garage of sorts. Use your homing attack on it to get a boost in your jump. Got the Red Star Ring located on the shortcut route in SPEED HIGHWAY Act 2 and reached the goal. If you travel on the right side of that area, you’ll see three balloons bunched together.

Red Ring #2 As you continue, you’ll arrive at an area with a bunch of moving platforms in the air. Home in on the grind-rail in the air, and you’ll collect the first Red Ring at its end.
